Bigin is a minimal CRM with features designed to help small businesses manage their customer relationships efficiently. But as your organization grows, so will your CRM requirements. If you feel you are outgrowing Bigin, you can upgrade your Bigin account to a Zoho CRM account, which offers additional features like custom modules, blueprints, forecasting, and many more that will help meet your growing requirements.
Points to remember
- Once you upgrade, your Bigin organization will be converted to a Zoho CRM organization. You can access your upgraded account from the CRM web app and if you go to Bigin web app, you will be prompted to create a brand-new Bigin organization.
- All the records, workflows, webforms, and dashboards in your Bigin account will be migrated to the new Zoho CRM organization. Data backup and file storage add-ons will not be carried over to Zoho CRM.
- Phone numbers purchased via Bigin's built-in telephony and their configurations will not be carried forward to Zoho CRM during the upgrade.
- All the integrations you've configured in this Bigin organization, including Twitter, will be disconnected during the upgrade process. You can reconfigure them again in Zoho CRM after the upgrade.
- The amount paid for your Bigin subscription will be applied on a pro rate basis towards the cost of your Zoho CRM subscription.
