Configuring Zoho SalesIQ to your Unbounce page

  1. Log in to your Unbounce account.
  2. Select the page in which you wish to add live chat, click 'Edit'.
  3. Click “Javascripts” on the bottom.

  1. Paste your Zoho SalesIQ code and click “Done” then "Save".


Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  1. Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Brands, click on the name of the brand that you are attempting to include in a page.
  3. Select Embed Code. 
  4. Choose Website in the Installation codes section.
  5. In the Installation section, click Copy this code to copy the code snippet.
