There are three actions that you can perform with each of the UAQs - Add as a new FAQ, Associate with an FAQ, and Associate department.
- Add as a new FAQ: In this case, you can add the UAQ to the list of existing FAQs for your organization. The title of the FAQ will be the query and you can add the response, choose the FAQ type, department and category and publish the FAQ or save as a draft.
- Associate with an FAQ: You can associate the UAQ to an existing FAQ. When you choose this option, a list of all the existing FAQs will be displayed and you can choose the one you want to associate the UAQ with.
- Associate department: You can also associate the UAQ with a different department. When this option is chosen, a list of all the available departments will be displayed and you can choose one from the list.
How to delete UAQs?
To delete UAQs,
- Click on the delete icon at the right end of the entry that you want to delete.
- A prompt appears asking you for confirmation to delete the entry. Click Delete again and the deletion will be complete.
