Traffic Reports

Traffic Reports

This report can be used to track the number of times your store has been visited.

To view this report, go to Reports > Traffic.

 You will be able to track the following:

  • Visits

  • Source

  • Traffic 

Visits 

This report is a detailed record of the number of times your store has been visited.
To view this report, go to Reports > Traffic > Visits

 


 


Click the dropdown list on the top-left to view the number of times your site was visited Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

 

Source 

This report generates data on the source through which your store was visited.
To view this report, go to Reports > Traffic > Source.

 The report will contain the following information:

  • Referrers: The websites from which your customers learned about your site.

  • Browsers: The browser used to access your store.

  • Device type: The device that was used to access your store.

  • Operating Systems: The Operating Systems (OS) of the device used to access your store.

  • Countries: The traffic your store gets from different countries.

  • Regions: The traffic your store gets, region-wise.

 


 

Product 

This report shows the number of times a particular product has been viewed by customers.

To view this report, go to Reports > Traffic > Product.

 


 


Click the dropdown list on the top-left to view the number of times your products were visited Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

 

Customers

This section is used to track customer details like: 
  • Top Purchasers
  • Frequent Visitors 

To view this report, go to Reports > Customers.

 

This report can be used to sort your top customers and send them targeted email campaigns. 

 

Top Purchasers 

This is to keep a record of customers who place the most orders in your store.
To view this report, go to Reports > Customers> Top Purchasers.

 


Click the dropdown list on the top-left to view the number of orders placed by your top purchasers Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

 

Frequent Visitors 

This section is to track customers who visit your store frequently and place orders. Here you can see the Latest Order Date, Order ID, Number of Orders placed previously, and the amount spent on the order.

Click the dropdown list on the top-left to view the number of orders placed by your frequent purchasers Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
