Quickly respond to customer feedback by viewing survey responses right from Zoho Desk. The SurveyGizmo extension allows you to send surveys to your customers directly from a ticket's detail page. You can also view customer responses right from Zoho Desk.

Install and Configure SurveyGizmo Extension
The SurveyGizmo extension can be installed from Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account itself.
Follow the steps below to install the SurveyGizmo Extension from your Zoho Desk account:
- Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top menu bar.
- In the Setup Landing page, click All under Marketplace.
- Search for SurveyGizmo in the search bar.
- Click Buy Now.
You'll be redirected to the payments page for purchasing. After which, a pop-up will be displayed to install the extension. - Click Install Now.
- From the SurveyGizmo Installation Setup page,
- Click Profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
- Agree to Terms of Use.
- Click Install.
The extension will be installed for the specified profiles.
- Provide the SurveyGizmo API key and API Secret Kay, click Save to configure your SurveyGizmo account.
On successful installation, the locations for accessing the extension will be displayed on the right side of the extension's detail page. The SurveyGizmo extension can be accessed from the right panel of a ticket's detail page.
To obtain the SurveyGizmo API key and Secret key:
- Log in to your SurveyGizmo Account.
- Click on Accounts at the top-right of the page.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Manage API.
- In the pop up, click Create an API.
- Copy the generated API key and API Secret key, use it for configuration.
To send SurveyGizmo surveys from Zoho Desk:
- Click Tickets from the menu bar and open a ticket.
- Click the Extensions icon ( ) on the right side of the ticket's detail page.
SurveyGizmo widget will be loaded in the right panel.
- Click Send Survey and choose a survey from the drop-down menu.
All the surveys from the configured SurveyGizmo account will be listed.
- Click Preview to preview the survey that will be sent to the customer. You will be redirected to SurveyGizmo to preview the survey.
You can add a required message in the Description section, otherwise a default message will be used.
- Click Send.
The survey will be sent to the email associated with the ticket.
To view SurveyGizmo responses from Zoho Desk:
- Click Tickets from the menu bar and open a ticket.
- Click the Extensions icon ( ) on the right side of the ticket's detail page.
SurveyGizmo widget will be loaded in the right panel.
- Click View Responses tab.
- Click on the ( ) icon to view the response.
You will be redirected to SurveyGizmo to view the response.
Uninstall the Extension
When an extension is uninstalled, all the widgets that were created will be deleted.
To uninstall an extension:
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- In the Setup Landing page, click All under Marketplace.
- Click Installed Extensions.
- Choose SurveyGizmo from the list of extensions.
- Click the More icon ( ) at the upper-right corner of the SurveyGizmo extension setup page.
- Select Uninstall Extension.
- Click Confirm to uninstall the extension.
