What is Sitefinity?

Sitefinity is a content management system (CMS) that you use to create, store, manage, and present content on your website. Content and pages in Sitefinity CMS are multilingual and you can use one Sitefinity CMS instance to manage multiple sites that can share content.

Configuring Zoho SalesIQ with Sitefinity

  1. Log into Sitefinity with your admin account.
  2. Select the page, which you like to have the live chat.
  3. Click “Content” on the right.
  4. Go to the section “Script and Style”.
  5. Drag the “Java Script” inside the page editor and click over it.

  1. Select “Write JavaScript”.
  2. Paste your Zoho SalesIQ code removing the script tags.
  3. Now select "in the head tag" below the editor and click "Save"

Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  1. Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Brands, click on the name of the brand that you are attempting to include in a page.
  3. Select Embed Code
  4. Choose Website in the Installation codes section.
  5. In the Installation section, click Copy this code to copy the code snippet.
