Sipgate

Sipgate is a fully featured, cloud PBX solution with full mobile phone integration. Sipgate for Zoho CRM helps you manage all call-related activities inside directly within your CRM account. Set up the integration within your CRM and start managing your incoming and outgoing calls.

Setup integration

To set up the integration,

  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Choose Sipgate from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
  3. Click Integrate.
  4. Click Get It Now.

Using Sipgate integration

Using Sipgate Voice inside your Zoho CRM, you can do the following:

  • Make calls with a click - Start a call right from your contacts. You?ll make calls as usual, but without the extra step of dialling.
  • Know who's calling - Start each call informed. Important caller information is presented before you even answer the call.
  • Automatic call logging in the Calls module.
  • Perform any follow-up activities, such as tasks and events as required.
