Setup integration
To set up the integration,
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Choose Sipgate from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
- Click Integrate.
- Click Get It Now.

Using Sipgate integration
Using Sipgate Voice inside your Zoho CRM, you can do the following:
- Make calls with a click - Start a call right from your contacts. You?ll make calls as usual, but without the extra step of dialling.
- Know who's calling - Start each call informed. Important caller information is presented before you even answer the call.
- Automatic call logging in the Calls module.
- Perform any follow-up activities, such as tasks and events as required.
