Set Preferences

Go to Settings > Preferences under Product Reviews to set up your product review preferences.




  • Enable Product Reviews toggle button to allow your customers to review the products in your store.

  • Select from the available option in the Reviews Per Page dropdown list to choose the number of reviews to be listed in a page.

  • Enable the Email Notification toggle button to receive an email notification every time a customer posts a product review.

  • Click the Show Captcha checkbox to create a captcha before customers post a review. This can be done to prevent spam reviews.

  • Moderation: This option helps to edit and moderate customer reviews in your store, in order to prevent spamming.

     Click Off to disable review moderation.

     Click Automatic to moderate the customer reviews automatically. You can choose a set of words; reviews that contain those words will be deleted automatically.

     Click Manual to moderate the customer reviews by yourself.

       6. Allowed Users: This option lets you control which customers can post reviews in your store.

     Click the Verified Buyers checkbox to only allow the customers who have signed up and purchased from your store to post reviews.

     Click the All Registered Users checkbox to allow all the customers who have signed up in your store to post reviews.

      7. Enable Auto Product Reviews to send out review emails automatically.
  1. Trigger Email Based on Time: Select when to send out a review email to your customer. You can choose to send immediately or after a specific number of days.

  2. Click Save.


Edit Email Template Content

  1. Click Edit Template to be redirected to the Email Notification page. Otherwise, go to Settings > Email Notification under Store Settings.

  2. Click Edit Template beside Product Feedback.


 

  1. Edit existing email template.

  2. Option Revert to Default Content will be available.

  3. Click Save.
