Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment for Zoho CRM

In the Zoho CRM, multiple invoices can be created for an individual account, and multiple accounts can be handled. With the Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment for Zoho CRM extension, you can export all the invoices of those individual accounts to Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment. The account's address information will also be exported and stored in Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment.

Installing the extension

You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment extension, or log in to your Zoho CRM account and install it. To install the extension:
  1. Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > All.
  2. Click All Extensions, then browse for and click Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment for Zoho CRM.
  3. Click Install Now.
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Continue.

  5. Select an option in Choose Users/Profiles.
    The extension will be installed for the specified users.
  6. In the Extension Details page, enter the User ID and Access Key under Extension Settings.
  7. Click Save.

To obtain User ID: Go to https://billing-robo.jp/user/account > Mail address.
To obtain Access Key: Go to https://billing-robo.jp/setting/api > Access Key.

Creating Accounts in Zoho CRM

In order to export invoices to Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment, they should be created for individual accounts. From every account, multiple invoices can be exported. To create an account:
  1. Go to the Accounts module.
  2. Click Create Account.
  3. Enter the details of the account, along with the below mandatory fields.
    1. Phone
    2. Billing email address
    3. Billing department name
    4. Billing Street
    5. Billing City
    6. Billing State (This should be provided as mentioned below)
    7. Billing Code (This should be Japan State code)
    8. Billing Country
  4. Click Save.
The account will be created and available as a record under the Accounts module.
Note: Billing State - This should be provided as peer the Japan Prefectures Value.

Exporting Invoices from Zoho CRM

The invoices created in Zoho CRM must be associated with an account to export. To associate an invoice, a billing address must be registered with the account. The same address can be registered with the invoice and exported to Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment. To export an invoice:
  1. Open Accounts module and select the desired account.
  2. Confirm if the address is entered, along with the mandatory fields.
  3. Click Register billing address button.

  4. Navigate to the Invoices module and select the desired invoice.
  5. Confirm that the invoice details are correct.
  6. Click Register billing information button.

Once successfully registered, the account and invoice details will be added to Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment.                                                                        


Uninstalling the extension

You may wish to uninstall the extension whenever it is no longer needed. To uninstall the extension:
  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions.
  2. Search for the Seikyu Kanri Robo Payment for Zoho CRM extension and click Uninstall.
  3. Click Ok to confirm.
