Reports Tab on Zoho Social

The Reports tab on Zoho Social helps you analyze key stats, metrics, and your Brand's performance across all your social channels. This will help you narrow down what type of content works the best for your Brand, identify your audience, and monitor growth over time. 
 
There is a list of metrics that the Reports tab on Zoho Social auto-generates for you. These are available for the following channels- Facebook Page, Twitter Profile, Instagram Business Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, Google My Business Listing, and YouTube Channel.
 
Here's a list of pre-made reports available on Zoho Social:
 
Summary Reports: This section will cover a basic rundown of all the basic stats for the social channels you've connected to your Brand on Zoho Social.
 
Audience Reports: This section displays the report in values of your audience's engagement with your Brand. 
 
Posts and Engagement Reports: This section gives you a detailed report about users who engage with the posts that you put out on your social media channel.
 
Performance Reports: This section gives you a performance report for the page in terms of views and clicks it received.
 
Impressions and Reviews: This section gives you stats about the number of times people click on your page and the number of people who view or click on your social channel page.  
 
Reviews and Questions: The reviews and questions for Google My Business Listing give a detailed view of the number of reviews and questions you received on your Google My Business Listing.

Discussing Reports   

To discuss Cards, follow these steps:
  1. Head over to the Reports tab.
  2. Pick a social channel of your choice (e.g., Facebook Page) from the top bar of your screen.
  3. Click on the ellipsis that appears on a particular card under a network report.
  4. Finally, select the Discuss option from the drop-down that appears.
