What is ProProfs?

Adding Zoho SalesIQ to ProProfs

  1. Log in to your ProProfs administrator account, select “Settings” tab and choose the “Configure and Brands” option.
  2. Choose your site.

  1. Go to the “Integrations” tab.
  2. Scroll down to the section used for “Add chat and other third party integrations”.
  3. Paste your Zoho SalesIQ code in the "head" tag section and hit “Save” on the bottom of the page.

Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  1. Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Brands, click on the name of the brand that you are attempting to include in a page.
  3. Select Embed Code. 
  4. Choose Website in the Installation codes section.
  5. In the Installation section, click Copy this code to copy the code snippet.
