Printing Customer Support Tickets
You can print a printer-friendly version of your customer support tickets in Zoho Desk. The print-out will contain the email conversations that have happened over the ticket. It will come handy when you have got field staff who will require a physical ticket for reference or for other purposes.
To print a ticket:
- Open a ticket to view its details.
- Hover your mouse pointer over the first conversation and then click on the More Actions icon ( ).
- Click Print from the drop menu to open a printer-friendly version of the ticket.
- Click Print again.
You can print each of your tickets at a time.
