Prerequisites

  1. A Pantheon partner organization or a Pantheon Diamond account.

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

  1. If you're a Zoho One user:
    1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
    2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
    3. Use the search bar to find and install Pantheon.

  2. If you're a Zoho Directory user:
    1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
    2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
    3. Use the search bar to find and add Pantheon.

  3. Name your app and enter Connection name.
    Note: Your Connection name is the value of "connection", present in the last part of the Pantheon's SSO URL. You can find the SSO URL while configuring SAML in Pantheon. For example, https://pantheon.auth0.com/login/callback?connection=Pantheon-SSO-Connection-Name.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click on the Single Sign-On tab.
  6. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
  7. Click Identity Provider Details, then note the Sign-in URL, and the X.509 Certificate.

Configure SAML in Pantheon

To enable and configure SAML in Pantheon, contact Pantheon's support and provide your organization's email domains, Zoho Directory's Sign-in URL, and your preferred date/time to enable SAML in Pantheon. Share the X.509 certificate via https://gist.github.com/.

Test the SAML connection

  1. Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Pantheon.
  3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
  4. Click on the  icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Pantheon's homepage.
