ON24Webinar for Zoho CRM

ON24Webinar is an online meeting platform that facilitates virtual meetings and webcasts with your customers. With the ON24Webinar extension for Zoho CRM, you can synchronize all your webcast information from your ON24 account to Zoho CRM. The synchronized webcast details can be accessed in the Campaigns module, and their registrant/attendee details in the Contacts and Leads modules of Zoho CRM.

Installing the extension

You can install the ON24Webinar extension either from Zoho Marketplace or from within your Zoho CRM account as follows:
  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All. All the installed extensions will be listed.
    Click All Extensions to view the extensions supported by your CRM edition.
  2. Under All Extensions, browse for and click ON24Webinar.
    The details about the extension will be available.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.

  5. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
    1. Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for users with the administrator profile.
    2. Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
    3. Choose profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, then select the desired profiles.
      The extension will be installed automatically for the specified users.

  6. In the pop-up, enter the Client IDToken Key and Token Secret.
    The Client ID, Token Key and Token Secret can be obtained from your ON24 account, under API Dashboard.

  7. Click Save.
Note:
  1. If you skip this step, you can authorize it later from your Setup page in Zoho CRM. To do so, go to Setup > Marketplace > All. Find the ON24Webinar extension and click Configure.

Setting up synchronization

Once the extension is installed and configured, the web tab ON24Webinar will be created in your Zoho CRM. You can manage your sync settings within this web tab.

To set up synchronization
  1. Go to ON24Webinar web tab.
    The setup page will open.

  2. In Scheduled Sync, choose Yes or No.
  3. In Scheduled Occurence, choose Daily or Weekly.
  4. In CRM Module, choose Contacts or Leads.
  5. Click Sync.
    After synchronization, all the synced details will be displayed on the dashboard.

View webcast details in Zoho CRM

In the ON24Webinar dashboard in Zoho CRM, all the webcast details synced from ON24 will be displayed. You can filter to show either the past webcasts or the upcoming webcasts in the table.
  1. Click View More in a webcast.
    The details of that webcast will pop up.

  2. Click View Campaign in CRM in a webcast.
    You will be redirected to that webcast record in the Campaigns module.
  3. Select a webcast and click Update to sync the webcast manually.

  4. The registrants/attendees will be added to separate records in the Contacts or Leads modules, based on your sync settings.
  5. The sync settings can be altered anytime in the Settings page.

Uninstalling the extension

To uninstall the extension:
  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All. All the installed extensions will be listed. Under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported in your CRM.
  2. Browse for ON24Webinar and click the corresponding Uninstall link.
  3. Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the extension.
