Offline Payments

To accept offline payments like Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, wire transfers, and cheques.

Zoho Commerce supports multiple Offline payment methods.


      1. Go to Settings > Payment Gateways.


      2. Then click Set Up under Offline Payments. 

      3. Enter the label for your preferred mode of payment.
      4. Enter the minimum and the maximum amounts to be eligible for the particular payment method.
      5. Change the radio button option if you charge an extra amount for this payment method, and enter that amount in the text box below.
      6. Click Save after you're done.

  1. Click Checkout Preference to add more details.
  2. Enable Show in Store to display the offline payment option in your store.
  3. Enter the Checkout Priority Number to the show payment options in the order of their priority number on the checkout page.
  4. Add any payment related instruction in the Payment information to Customer in Storefront textbox, so that it will be displayed in the checkout page.
  5. Click OK to finish.
