My Visits tab appears to have no data. Why?

It could be one of the following reasons.

  • You may not have the permission to Create Visits. In this case request your administrator to enable this permission for your Profile.
  • In Zoho SalesIQ, go to Settings > Integration.
    Under the CRM Configuration section, make sure that the Add Visits Details checkbox is selected.
