My Followed Tickets for Zoho Desk
There are times when you might want to monitor an interesting ticket. It could be from a high-priority customer, about a bug that you want to keep an eye on, or even simply an issue assigned to your team. You can follow tickets and get notified of their activities in the Notification Center, but what if you wanted to see all the tickets you have followed. That's when this extension can help you out. The extension conveniently lists the tickets you've followed in Zoho Desk. You can click on a ticket to view its details and then unfollow it if needed.

Installing the extension
The My Followed Tickets extension can be installed either from the Zoho Marketplace or your Zoho Desk account. To install from Zoho Desk: - Log into your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- Under Marketplace, click All.
- Search for 'Followed Tickets' in the search bar on the right.
- Select the My Followed Tickets extension, and click Install.
- On the Confirm Installation page, agree to the terms and conditions and click Install.
- In the My Followed Tickets Installation Setup page, do the following:
- Select the departments and profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
- Agree to Terms of Use.
- Click Install.
The extension will be installed for the specified profiles and departments.
- Click Authorize in the pop-up window to activate the extension.
- Click Accept to allow Zoho Workflow to access data in your Zoho Desk account.
Once installed, the locations for accessing the extension will be displayed on the right side of the extension's detail page. The My Followed Tickets extension can be accessed from the top band of your help desk.
Viewing Followed Tickets
You can view a list of tickets you have followed in Zoho Desk. To view followed tickets:
- Click on the () icon in the top band (menu bar).
- Under Extensions, click My Followed Tickets in the drop-down menu.
- On the My Followed Tickets page, you can find a list of tickets followed in your department.
You can click Unfollow corresponding to a particular ticket to stop following it.
Uninstalling the Extension
You can uninstall the My Followed Tickets extension at any time.
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- On the Setup Landing page, click All under Marketplace.
- On the Marketplace page, click Installed Extensions.
- Choose My Followed Tickets for Zoho Desk from the list of extensions.
- Click the More icon ( ) in the upper-right corner of the My Followed Tickets for Zoho Desk page.
- Select Uninstall Extension.
- Click Confirm.
