My domain is configured correctly. But Zoho Sites says it's not configured. What should I do?
Clear your browser's cache and try publishing your site again. If this doesn't work, try accessing your domain manager:
- Create a CNAME record with the host name set to www and point it to zhs.zohosites.com.
- Access the Domain, Web Redirection, or Forwarding option in your domain manager and forward your root domain [yourdomain.com] to [www.yourdomain.com].
Changes made in the domain manager might take anywhere from a couple of hours to two or three days to take effect. Sadly, there is nothing we can do to speed this up. The time taken for the changes to take effect depends on the domain vendor.
