My domain is configured correctly. But Zoho Sites says it's not configured. What do I do?

Clear the cache in your browser and try publishing your site again. If this doesn't work, log in to your domain manager and do the following:

  1. Create a CNAME record with the host name prefix "www" and point it to zhs.zohosites.com.

  2. Use the Domain/Web Redirection/Forwarding option in your domain manager to forward your root domain [yourdomain.com] to [www.yourdomain.com].

Changes made in the domain manager might take anywhere from a couple of hours to two or three days to propagate. Sadly, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process. The time it takes for the changes to take effect depends on the domain vendor.
