My account is not retrieving emails from Gmail POP3

Gmail stops the POP download when the number of email in the POP queue reaches a particular limit. To continue download, you need to clear the already retrieved messages in the queue.

  1. Login to www.zoho.com/mail
  2. Click Settings >> Mail Accounts >> Edit the POP Account
  3. Make sure that the Gmail POP Account is not in 'Recent:' mode and does not have the setting 'Delete Gmail's copy' in the Gmails POP Settings, if you want the emails to remain in your Gmail account.  
  4. Click Save.
