Module Views - An Overview

Module views give you ways to sort, categorize, and view your records. they help you prioritize your tasks by viewing only those records that you need the most. In Zoho CRM, you can choose to view the records in three different ways: List view, Kanban view, and Canvas view.

List Views - In the list view the records are grouped under a defined set of criteria. List views are categorized under Created By Me and Shared With Me. You can also mark list views that you often use as Favorites and those will be listed first in the List View drop-down. There are two types of list views available in Zoho CRM:

  • Standard List Views: Zoho CRM provides a set of list views that are ready to be used by all the users in your organization. You can modify the standard views and sort the order of the columns in the list. You cannot delete these list views.
  • Custom List Views: You can create list views and define your own criteria based on which the records are filtered. You can modify and delete the custom list views and also sort the order of the columns in the list.

Kanban View - Kanban view is a card-based view that displays the data in an organized manner for better comprehension. For example, you can sort the leads based on their status or categorize the sales depending on different stages. This sort of information gives better insights about potential bottlenecks and lets you fix them effectively.

Canvas View - This option lets you completely personalize the way you view the records. You can either choose from a gallery of design templates or create and customize one that suit your business needs. The design layout editor lets you define additional customizations to the records display.
