For some small businesses, the free version of Zoho Campaigns has all the features they require, such as creating and sending email campaigns and viewing reports. However, when your business starts to expand, upgrading your account to a paid plan brings many benefits and advanced features, such as automated email series and email polls.
This guide will introduce you to our subscription structure and help you review your subscription preferences.
Depending on your requirements, you can choose either a monthly or yearly subscription, and a professional- or standard plan. There is also pay as you go plan for users who send email campaigns occasionally or users whose market is active for a short span over a year .
Users who are creating an account after December 1, 2021 will get a trial period of 14 days. You can access all the features, add up to 2,000 contacts and send up to 6,000 emails in this period.
After 14 days, you'll be moved to the free plan, in which some features are restricted. If you want access to features, you can upgrade to any one of the following pricing plans:
Professional plan : This plan is based on the number of contacts in your account. Purchase the plan for a specific number of contacts and then send those contacts unlimited emails, set autoresponders, and use workflows.
Standard plan : This plan is also based on the number of contacts in your account. The major difference between this plan and the Professional plan is that some features like contact scoring, abandoned cart follow-up, and email limits are not available in this plan.
Visit our
pricing page to learn more about the various plans.
Notes:
- Users who have email-based and subscriber-based accounts will continue in the same plan until they upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan.
- Users who are under the Free plan (older version) will continue to have access to all features they already can access until May 30, 2022.
- Free users of the older version have the option to switch to trial plan
