Manage groups with MDM

By enabling MDM for a group, you can collectively manage the devices of the users present in that group. When you associate profiles or distribute apps to a group, they will be associated/distributed to all the devices present in that group. You can also use this to automate applying or removing profiles and apps to devices whenever a new user is added to the group or removed from it.

Consider the following example:
In your organization Zylker, you have a group called Zylker-Finance, which contains the members of the finance team in your organization. You have provided company-owned devices to these members.

You want to distribute a finance mobile app to these users' devices together and prevent users from uninstalling this app. You also want this to be automated whenever a new user is added to the group.

You can do this by enabling MDM for this group, associating a profile (with restrictions for uninstalling apps), and distributing the required app to it.
To enable MDM for a group:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Device Management in the left menu.
  2. Go to Groups.
  3. Click on the group you want to enable MDM for.
  4. Click Manage with MDM.
