Lost mode

Lost mode

Zoho One supports Lost Mode to secure and track stolen or misplaced devices. When Lost Mode is enabled in a device, the device gets locked and can be unlocked only by the admin.
After lost mode is enabled, you can perform the following actions on the locked device:
  1. Display a message and contact number on the lock screen
  2. Locate the device by tracking its location in real-time
  3. Trigger a remote alarm
  4. Wipe the device to protect corporate data
For iOS devices, Lost Mode is supported only in supervised devices running iOS versions 9.3 or higher. For devices running versions below 9.3 and unsupervised devices, you cannot enable Lost Mode but can track their location if you have enabled geo-tracking.

For Android devices, Lost Mode is supported in all versions, but its functionalities depend on the device type. Devices provisioned as Profile owner and Legacy devices can only be located if location services were turned on in them before they were misplaced.
