Log calls
Log call details like call duration, agenda, call type etc. in the record. You can find these call logs under the Related Tab in the contact details page.
- Go to the desired record.
- Click on the Call icon under the Info tab.
- Click OK in the Log call pop-up that appears after the call ends.
- Specify the relevant details in the Add Call screen.
- Click Save.
