Log calls

Log calls

Log call details like call duration, agenda, call type etc. in the record. You can find these call logs under the Related Tab in the contact details page. 

  1. Go to the desired record.
  2. Click on the Call icon under the Info tab.
  3. Click OK in the Log call pop-up that appears after the call ends.
  4. Specify the relevant details in the Add Call screen.
  5. Click Save.
