Installation of Zoho SalesIQ in Joomla 4x via plugin

• In Joomla, navigate to Systems > Extensions, which is located under the Install section.
  

• Click here to download the SalesIQ Joomla plugin.
• Now, upload the downloaded SalesIQ plugin by dragging and dropping the file or click on 'Upload Package File' button and choose the file. 
  

• After uploading the package, go back to System > Plugins , under the Manage section.
  

• To enable SalesIQ, click on the 'x' icon beside Zoho SalesIQ in the list off all the available plugin. 
  

• After enabling, click on Zoho SalesIQ, and switch to the Zoho SalesIQ setting s tab.
  

• Now, copy your SalesIQ widget code and paste in the input field, and click Save .
  

• To get your SalesIQ widget code: In SalesIQ, navigate to Settings > Brands > {Your brand name} > Installation > Website , and click on the code to copy it. 
  

Joolma 3x

1. Download the Zoho SalesIQ plugin from here.
   
2. Log in to your Joomla Administration panel.
   
3. Access “Extension Manager” and click  “ Install ”.
4. Choose “ Upload Package File ”.
5. Upload the downloaded extension.
   

1. Access “Plugin Manager”, under “Extensions” tab and search for Zoho “SalesIQ” Select the plugin and click enable.
   

1. Search for “Zoho SalesIQ”, tick the checkbox that appears next to the plugin then click at “Edit” tab above.
   

1. Select “Zoho SalesIQ Settings”.
2. Paste your Zoho SalesIQ Float chat widget code.
   

1. You will be provided with three options to customize.
   
1. Chat Window enabled – This configuration allows you to handle the visibility of chat bubble in your Joomla site. If set to  No,  the chat window will be disabled and only the live view will work in the Joomla site. 
   
2. Hide for mobile – This configuration allows you to handle the visibility of chat bubble in your Joomla site when accessed from mobiles devices. If set to Yes , the chat window will be hidden in the app and only live view will work. 
   
3. Hide for tablet - This configuration allows you to handle the visibility of chat bubble in your Joomla site when accessed from tablets. If set to Yes , the chat window will be hidden on the tablet apps and only the live view will work. 
   
2. Click " Save " to confirm your changes.
   

Configuring your Zoho SalesIQ with Joomla Version 3.2 via admin page

1. Log in to your Joomla Administration area.
   
2. Go to “Extensions” and select “Template manager” from the drop down.
   

1. Click on “Templates” tab from the right. Then select the required template for your site.
   

1. Select “index.php”. Paste the Zoho SalesIQ code between the body tags and “Save”.
   

Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

To get your SalesIQ widget code:

1. In SalesIQ dashboard, navigate to Settings > Brands > {Your brand name} > Installation > Website,  and click on the code to copy it.
