Is it possible to export a Canvas design?

No, it is not possible to export the Canvas designs. But if you wish to re-use a created design, you can clone it. 

To clone a Canvas view:

1. Go to Setup > Customization > Canvas Builder.
   
2. In the Canvas listing page, click the clone option from the ellipsis icon, next to the required Canvas design.
