Is Canvas available for Client Portal as well?

Yes it is. You can design a Canvas view and assign it to the Client Portal profile in the Canvas Assignment section. 

To access Canvas Assignment:

1. Go to the required Canvas builder.

2. Click the Canvas Assignment button on the top-right corner.
