Integrating Zoho Analytics with SalesIQ

What is Zoho Analytics?

Zoho Analytics is a self-service BI and data analytics software that lets you visually analyze your data, create stunning data visualizations and discover hidden insights in minutes.

Zoho Analytics in SalesIQ

When you integrate Zoho Analytics with Zoho SalesIQ, you can quickly and efficiently view and analyze data about visitors visiting your website and get powerful insights. This helps you determine who your leads and prospects are. 

Integrating Zoho Analytics with Zoho SalesIQ

Only an operator with administrator privileges inside Zoho SalesIQ can integrate SalesIQ with Zoho Analytics and enable the integration for other operators as well.
To integrate Zoho Analytics with your SalesIQ account, 
  1. Login to Zoho SalesIQ.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Developers > Integrations and choose Zoho Analytics.
  3. In the Connect with Zoho Analytics page, click the Enable button. 

  1. Once you integrate successfully, you will be able to see the name of the administrator i.e, your name and the Zoho Assist Org ID will be displayed below.

  1. You can also change the account associated with Zoho Assist, if necessary by  clicking on Change Account.

Analytics integration Configurations

Now that you have linked your SalesIQ account to your Analytics account, you can configure the integration based on your operators' requirements.

Selecting SalesIQ modules

  1. You can choose the modules inside Zoho SalesIQ and push only the particular data into Zoho Analytics and generate reports based on your requirements.
  2. There are four default modules that will be selected - Visitors, Operators, Departments and Apps. These modules cannot be disabled. Other than the default modules, you can enable/disable modules of your choice.
  3. When you choose modules from this section, all the fields inside the corresponding modules will be mapped to Zoho Analytics.


How to auto-sync SalesIQ - Analytics data?

  1. You can choose the time frame after which the data have to be auto-synced. This can either be: Daily, Weekly or Monthly. 
  2. Choosing the time frame will include setting a time zone, the frequency and the time at which the sync must take place.
Note: 
If the articles sync frequency is set to:
  1. Daily - Sync will take place in the early morning hours of every day
  2. Weekly - Sync will take place on the same day of the week on which you had synced the articles first. (For example, if you had synced the articles on Monday, auto-sync happens on the Monday of every week)
  3. Monthly - Sync will take place on the same day of the month on which you had synced the articles first. (For example, if you had synced the articles on the 1st of January, auto-sync happens on the 1st of every month).

How to disable the Zoho Analytics integration?

To disable the Zoho Analytics integration, you can click on the Disable button in the Connect with Zoho Analytics page.
