Integrating with Zoho Sites

Adding a webform to a website involves a series of steps like embedding the webform code in the site, aligning the website theme with the form etc., These steps must be followed correctly so that information filled out by the visitor is captured in the right location. Zoho Sites is a website builder that helps you create stunning websites in a few simple steps. Web forms in Bigin lets you collect contact information from prospects who visit your website. With the Zoho Sites integration, you can add your Bigin web forms directly to your Zoho Sites website in a single click, without any coding.

The integration is enabled by default for all users.
Two main steps are involved in publishing the web form created in Bigin on your Zoho Sites website.
To build web forms,
  1. Go to Setup > Settings > Web forms.
  2. Click +Create Web Form.
  3. In the web form builder, drag and drop the fields that you need in the web form.
  4. Click Next Step.
  5. Add form details such as, form name, landing page URLs, form location URL.
  6. Click Save and Next.
  7. Click Done
Step 2: Add the web form to your Zoho Sites website:
  1. Go to your Zoho Sites website.
  2. Click the '+' icon at the top of your builder.

  3. Click +Element.
  4. Select Forms from the drop-down.
  5. Drag and drop the Bigin forms element on your page.
  6. Select the desired web form from the menu on the left and click 'Add'.
 

Note:
The Form Location URL in Bigin must match with the domain used in Zoho Sites otherwise the visitor will not be able to submit the web form.
