Integrating Leadberry with Zoho SalesIQ
Overview
What is Leadberry?
Leadberry is a web application that can help you enrich your website visitor's company information. With the help of the email address or the domain, it can help you with the visitor's company details and instantly provide in-depth data about your prospects, such as business, contact, social data, and visitor metrics.
Leadberry in Zoho SalesIQ
You can integrate Zoho SalesIQ with Leadberry for additional information about the visitor and display them in the proactive chat window, operator chat window, push into your CRM, etc. You can focus more on converting prospective visitors to customers rather than spending more time figuring out who your prospects are.
Note:
This integration is available for Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plans. This integration can also be availed by the 15-day trial users of Zoho SalesIQ but the integration will be automatically disabled after the trial period ends.
How to integrate Leadberry with Zoho SalesIQ?
- In your SalesIQ portal, navigate to Settings > Developers > Integrations > Leadberry.
- The Connect with Leadberry page opens.
- To enable the integration, click Enable.
- In the Connect your Leadberry Account section, enter the Leadberry API token from your Leadberry account.
Get the Leadberry API Key
- To get the Leadberry API token, Log in to Leadberry account and navigate to Settings > Integration > Zoho SalesIQ.
- Scroll down in the Leadberry dashboard, you can find the Your API Key.
How to set a time frame to refresh the existing Leadberry data in SalesIQ?
- In your SalesIQ account, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Leadberry and scroll to Advanced Configuration.
- In Advanced Configuration, choose the time frame at which you would like to refresh the existing Leadberry data. (Weekly, every 30 days, every 90 days.)
Note:
- We recommend you to set the refresh period as 30 days.
- If the company/visitor data is edited/deleted in Leadberry, it will reflect in your SalesIQ account while refreshing.
- If the data is deleted in Leadberry, then the existing data will appear only in the Visitor History section until the next visit of the visitor.
How to disable integration with Leadberry?
If needed, you can disable your Zoho SalesIQ’s integration with Leadberry at any moment.
- In your SalesIQ portal, navigate to Settings > Developers > Integrations > Leadberry and click on the Disable button.
How to re-enable integration with Leadberry?
To re-enable integration,
- In your SalesIQ portal, navigate to Settings > Developers > Integrations > Leadberry, click on the Enable button.
How to view the Leadberry info in the chat window?
You can view the visitors' company details such as Company info, company's email address, etc. on the right side of the chat window.
The information available under Company Info about the visitors' company may vary based on the data received from Leadberry.
How to view Leadberry info in the Proactive window?
You can view the Leadberry visitors' company information on the proactive chat window.
- In your SalesIQ portal, navigate to the Tracking module, and click on a visitor whose details you would like to view.
- You can view the Company Info from Leadberry, which is on the right-hand side of the proactive chat window.
How to view the Leadberry info in the Visitor History tab?
- In your SalesIQ portal, navigate to People > Visitors and click on a particular visitor record.
- The Company Info will be displayed in the Visitor Info tab, below the Zoho SalesIQ data i.e., beside the Behaviour tab.
- The visitors' company details may vary based on the data we receive from Leadberry.
Note:
Zoho SalesIQ will refresh the available data in the requested frequency to sync with the Leadberry data. Even if the visitor data is deleted/edited in Leadberry, only the existing data will appear in the Visitor History section until the next visit of the visitor.
