Sync your Zoho Campaigns account with Eventbrite and import event registrants and attendees from Eventbrite into Zoho Campaigns. Create and send event-based email campaigns. Promote your events and increase your ticket sales.
Sync setup
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and then Sync Services.
- Click New sync button in Eventbrite.
- Under Instant Sync, you can configure two types of sync,
- Instant Registrants- To import event registrants.
- Instant Attendees - To import event attendees.
4. After deciding the type of sync, click Proceed.
5. Give the necessary details,
- Events you want to sync under Eventbrite Events. Ensure to enable the Include future events checkbox to sync all the future events.
- Mailing lists you want to sync.
- If your contacts cancel from an event, you can choose to keep them in your mailing list, remove them from your mailing list or delete those contacts.
This is applicable only while syncing registrants. - If you choose to remove contacts from an event, you can choose to keep them in your mailing list, remove them from your mailing list.
- Choose custom or event specific tags to associate with your contact.
- Click Next after filling in all necessary data.
Field mapping
You can map Eventbrite fields with Zoho Campaigns fields. Basic fields like first name, last name and email address are pre-mapped. Click Map more to map additional fields.
To add a new custom field in Zoho Campaigns while mapping the fields, enable New Fields option under Map more fields. Click Finish Sync.
Edit Instant Sync
From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and then Sync Services.
- Click Active sync button in Eventbrite.
Under Instant Sync, click Edit icon in the required sync to edit Sync setup and click Edit Mapping link to edit field mapping.
Sync Detail View
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and then Sync Services.
- Click Active sync button in Eventbrite.
- Hover over the sync and click View Details.
You can view sync details like mapped list, and last retrieval time; contact details like the number of newly added, re-added, duplicate and deleted contacts. The sync remains active till the completion of contact import.
You can enable or disable the sync using the toggle button beside the sync name.
Import Reports
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and then Sync Services.
- Click Active sync button in Eventbrite.
- Under Instant Sync, click View Reports button.
