How to schedule mass emails in Zoho CRM?

For a given schedule time you can schedule 10 mass emails/module. There are two options from where you can choose the email recipients:

  • Module list view
  • Custom view
(i) To schedule mass emails from module list view
  1. Select any module and choose records  from the list of records.
  2. Click Send Email.
  3. In the Mass Email popup, select Select Template button.
  4. Select an email template or create a new template. See Also Email Templates
  5. Enter the relevant email addresses in the From and Reply To fields.
  6. Choose from one of these options:
    (i) Your account's email address
    (ii) Organization's email address
    (iii) Email address of the record owner.
  7. Under Send, click Schedule Later.
  8. Enter the Date and Time for scheduling the emails.
  9. Click Schedule.
(ii) To schedule mass emails from custom view
  1. Select a module and in the Module List View page, click the Actions dropdown.
  2. Select Mass Email from the list of options.
  3. In the Mass Email Summary page, click +Create Mass Email.
  4. Under To, select the recipients from the custom view in the drop-down list.
  5. Select an Email Template.
  6. Enter the relevant email addresses in the From and Reply To fields.
  7. Under Send Options, click Schedule Later.
  8. Enter the Date and Time for scheduling the emails.
  9. Click Schedule.
