How to manage portals

Zoho Campaigns allows you to access multiple organizations with the same account using portals. Portals save you from the hassle of creating multiple accounts, and let you manage and organize different organizations using a single Zoho Campaigns account. You need to be invited by an admin of that organization to be a part of their portal.

Using portals, you can be a member of multiple organizations using a single account, switch between those accounts by switching portals, and assign a default portal. You can be a part of and access multiple portals.

 Note:
  1. You can only own a single portal, but can be a part of multiple portals.
  2. You cannot use the same email address as the sender address to send email campaigns in all the portals. This is to avoid blasting multiple emails from different portals using the same sender address, which might affect the deliverability rate of the organization. There is also a chance that email services might consider it as spamming. You need to use different email addresses for each portal if you intend to send an email campaign using your account in a different portal.

  View your portal

  1.  From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings.
  2. Click Company Details under General.
  3. Scroll down to Manage Portal to view your portal details.

Note: You can make a portal default by clicking the Set as Default link in the My Portals page.

 Manage Portal

You can manage your portal from your account and modify your portal name which will in turn reflect in the URL.
  1.  From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings.
  2. Click Company Details under General.
  3. Click Change under Manage Portal to update your portal ID.

  4. Enter the new name and click Update.

Note:
  1. You can only access this page if you have the Admin role in your current portal.
  2. If you update your product or company logo in the Company Profile section, that image will be reflected here as the portal logo.

 Switch between portals

You can switch between the associated portals from your account. To do so:
  1. Click your profile logo in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Your portal name will be listed My Portal. Click Switch to another portal.

  3. All portals associated with your account will be displayed.
  4. Click on the portal you wish to access. You will be redirected to the chosen portal.

Note: You can update your portal name from the My Portals page. Hover over the portal whose name you want to change and click the Setting link. However, you cannot modify other users' portals.
