How to integrate Zoho Social account with Zoho CRM account?

Below are the steps you need to follow to connect Zoho Social with your Zoho CRM account.
1. Tap on the Settings on your dashboard, followed by Social Channels.

2. Turn on or off the CRM Integration toggle button against your Facebook Page or Twitter Profile as required. 

1. You need to have a Zoho CRM account to enable this integration.

2. Only Zoho Social and Zoho CRM admins can enable this integration.
