How to clone email templates across departments?
Cloning email templates across departments is not a feature that we have right now. You will need to create your templates individually in their respective departments.
The ability to clone not just the templates, but also automation rules and a few other department specific features across modules is something that our Dev team is currently looking at to bring into Production. While we do not have a clear timetable for when this feature might come to production, we would recommend that you watch our forums and announcements for when it is available.
