How to change the role of the user?

You can change the role of the users by following the steps given below:
  1. Log in to Zoho CRM with with Administrator privilege.
  2. Click Setup > Users & Control > Users.
  3. In Users page, click on the user.
  4. In the user's details page, click Edit for the corresponding section that you want to edit.
  5. In the pop-up box, choose the Role from the list.
  6. Click Save.
Note:
  • The Role link will be available only if you have more than one user in your account.
