How to add images to Library

 The Images tab under Library module allows you to upload or import images and store them for future use.

How do I upload images to the Library?

You can upload an image either from your computer or from a web URL. Zoho Campaigns only supports images in jpeg, png, or gif format, with a maximum file size of 3MB.
To upload an image from your computer:
  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Images.

  2. Click Upload in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select From Computer.
  4. Open Add images to dropdown, then select the folder into which you would like to add the image to. upload image popup
  5. Drag and drop the image into the space provided in the pop-up. Alternatively, you can click the space in the pop-up to open the image file to upload.  
  6. Click Go Ahead.  

To upload an image from the web:

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Images.
  2. Click Upload. Select From web URL from the dropdown menu.
     
  3. Open the Add images to dropdown, then select the folder into which you would like to add the image.  
  4. Enter the web image URL .
  5. Click Upload.

Note:  The web image URL that you choose should be public so that the image can be properly rendered in your campaign. 

How do I import an image into the Library?

Zoho Campaigns allows you to import images from various image hosting platforms like Google Photos, Flickr, Bigstock, Giphy, and Unsplash.

To import an image from Google Photos:

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Images .
  2. Click Import.  
  3. Select Google Photos from the dropdown.

  4. If you haven't associated your Zoho Campaigns account with your Google account, click Proceed to integrate. 
  5. Select the images you would like to import.
  6. Click Add to Library.

To import an image from Flickr:

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Images .
  2. Click Import.
  3. Select Flickr from the dropdown menu.

  4. If you haven't associated your Zoho Campaigns account with your Yahoo account, click Continue to integrate. 
  5. Select the images you would like to import.
  6. Click Add to Library.

To import a GIF from Giphy:

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Images .
  2. Click Import .
  3. Select Giphy from the dropdown menu.

  4. Mouse over on the GIF you want to import and click Preview 
  5. Select the display size, and check the Terms and Conditions check box.
  6. Click Download.

To import an image from Unsplash:  

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Library and choose Images .
  2. Click Import top right corner.
  3. Choose Unsplash option from the drop down menu.

  4. Select the images you need to import. 
  5. Click Download.

How do I add a new folder? 

Click Add a New Collection in Images tab. You can rename the folder once it's added.

How do I move images into a folder? 

Drag and drop the image into the required folder. 

How can I add images from the library to my campaign? 
  1. Select one of our content options such as My templates, Pre-designed templates, or Basic templates in the Content section of campaign creation.
  2. Click Image icon from the Template editor's toolbar.
  3. Select an image from a folder in the Library.
  4. Click Save.
Note:  You can only add images from the library in Template Editors. For other editors, you will need to import images from your computer or from the web. 

What actions can be performed on the images saved in the library?

Click the image to view a preview and select an action. 
  1. Edit - Edit the image.
  2. Delete - Delete the image.
Note
  1. Besides these actions, you can also group images under folders for easy access.
  2. The Edit image option is only available in paid version of Campaigns.
