How is Kanban view different from the Kanban Board extension?

Kanban view is a built-in option to customize the way records are displayed in a module. It is available for all editions of Zoho CRM.

Kanban Board is an extension developed by Zoho Corporation that is available in Zoho Marketplace. It allows you to create boards for data obtained from third-party applications. Read more about the extension here.
This extension can be downloaded by going to Setup > Marketplace > All and searching for"Kanban Board".
