How does wait time work in Zoho Campaigns workflows?

Using wait time, you can allow contacts to wait for a specific time before they move into further processes of the workflow.
1. Drag and drop the Wait Time process onto the canvas. By default, contacts will be made to wait for an hour on all days of the week.

2. To customize the wait time, click on the more (...) and click the edit icon.

3. Enter the number of hours or days the contacts must wait.
4. Choose to resume the workflow immediately or between a specific time of the day after the wait.
5. Select specific days or all days of the week to make your contacts wait before entering the workflow.
