How do I share reports with a client or team member who is not part of my Brand on Zoho Social yet?

To share reports with a team member who is not part of your Brand, follow these steps,

 

To share Dashboards,

Email: Go to the Dashboard

- Click on Email at the top right

- Select Send as Mail 

- Type the recipients email id, and add a subject, message etc to the mail.

Export: Go to the Dashboard

- Click on Export at the top right

- Select the format of your choice (.pdf or .png)

- You can now share this Dashboard externally.

 

To share Cards,

Email: Go to the Card

- Click on the ellipsis menu

- Select Send as Mail 

- Type the recipients email id, and add a subject, message etc to the mail and click Send.

 

Export: Go to the Card

- Under the ellipsis menu, click on Export as pdf or Export as png.

- The Card will be downloaded to your device and you can then share it externally.

 

To share a section of Network Report,

Email: Go to the section, ex. Facebook Summary

- At the top right click on Email, select Send as Mail

- Type the recipients email id, and add a subject, message etc to the mail and click Send.

 

Export: Go to the reports section

- Click on Export at the top right

- Select the format of your choice (.pdf or .png)

- The set of Cards will be downloaded to your device. You can now share this section externally.
