How do I set a call reminder for a scheduled call?
You can set a call reminder while scheduling a call to notify you 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins, or 1 hour before a scheduled call.
- Go to the Calls module.
- Select Schedule a call.
- Enter the necessary details.
- Select the reminder time from the Reminder dropdown.
- Click Schedule.
You can also edit a scheduled call to set the reminder.
- Go to the Calls module
- Click the edit icon for the desired call.
- Select the time from the Reminder dropdown.
- Click Schedule.
