How do I select and insert multiple contacts from Address book to the To/ Cc/ Bcc fields?

You can click the To/ Cc/ Bcc labels in the composer window to view your Address Book Contacts. You can choose them and insert into To/ Cc/ Bcc as per your requirement.

In general you can add, view, edit or delete contacts from the Contacts app in the left pane. Learn more.
