How do I resolve any audio/video issues that crop up?

Make sure Zoho Social has the permission to access your microphone and camera to make an audio or a video call.

To change the Microphone settings,
  1. Click on the lock icon present on the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Under Permissions, click on Microphone, then from the drop-down menu, select Allow.

To change the Camera settings,
  1. Click on the lock icon present on the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Under Permissions, click on Camera, then from the drop-down menu, select Allow.
