How do I edit a form on my page

Click the form on your page.

1. Click Form Data in the pop-up.
   
2. Click Customize Form in the top-left corner of your screen.
   
3. Make your changes and click Back to Form Data.
   
4. Click the Close  icon in the top-right corner. Your changes will be applied on the form in your page.
