How do I create an email template in Bigin?
Email templates help you reach multiple recipients in just a few clicks. You can personalize email templates by inserting merge fields.
To create email templates
- Go to Setup > Channels > Email > Templates.
- Click Add template.
- Select the module you want to create an email template for in the Create Email Template pop-up.
- Click Next.
- In the Create Template window:
- Enter the Template Name and Subject.
- Enter the content of your email template.
- Click Save.
- Select the folder from the Save to dropdown list.
- Click Save.
