How can I transfer the Super Admin status to another user?
The Super Admin status can only be transferred to another Administrator user by the Super Admin.
To transfer the status
- Log in to Bigin with Super Admin privileges.
- Go to Settings and then Organization.
- Click Edit Organization.
- In the Super Admin field, select another user with the Administrator profile to transfer the Super Admin status to.
- Click Save.
