How can I map additional fields in Office 365 sync?
You can map additional fields by clicking the Map more link.
For example, you can map the Birthday field in Office 365 to a custom field in Zoho Campaigns.
Birthday (Office 365) = Birthday (Zoho Campaigns custom field)*
*To add a new custom field in Zoho Campaigns while mapping fields, click the New Fields option.
