How can I identify the record that did not reply to an email?

You can add the individual module record's url to the template that you create and replace the actual record ID in the URL with a merge tag for the module's record ID.


For example, for a workflow rule created for the Leads records, you can randomly select a 
lead record and copy the URL of the record. Go to the email template that you are going to use for the email notification and edit the template. Paste the URL that you copied from the record into the template. Remove the record ID from the URL and replace it with the Leads ID merge tag and save the changes.
