How can I activate or deactivate my web form?

You can activate or deactivate the web form by following the steps given below:
  1. Click Setup.
  2. In the Setup page, under Leads/Contacts/Cases Settings, click the Web-to-Leads/Contacts/Cases Form link.
  3. In the Web to Lead/Contact/Case page, move the mouse pointer over the Form Name.


  4. Click the Active or Inactive icon, as required.
